The rules, plain
These terms apply to weekendflights.app, a commercial service run by Eloy Rubio, Zurich, Switzerland. By using the site you agree to them.
What we do
We show indicative round-trip flight prices for weekend trips. The prices are collected automatically from public flight search results. We link to other flight search and booking sites, where you can check the price and book. We do not sell flights, are not a travel agency, and do not act as your travel insurer or booking intermediary.
No availability guarantee
Prices come from public search results and may be outdated. Always confirm the final price, baggage rules, fare conditions, and totals on the booking site before paying. If our price differs from checkout, the booking site's price is the one that counts.
Free and Pro
The calendar is free and needs no account. Pro is a paid plan. It adds the features that the pricing page lists.
Yearly plan
The yearly plan is billed once a year. Pro is sold through Link, a Stripe service, as the merchant of record, so your receipt and your bank statement show Link. The yearly plan renews automatically every year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time at link.com, or email hi@weekendflights.app and we cancel it for you. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and Pro stays active until the end of the year that you paid for.
7-day pass
You can also buy a 7-day pass for Pro. It is a one-time payment. Pro is active for 7 days from the time you pay. The pass does not renew, and we do not charge you again. When the 7 days end, Pro ends by itself. You do not need to cancel.
If you buy another pass while a pass is active, the 7 days are added to the end of your current pass. A pass adds no time to a yearly plan. If you buy a yearly plan while a pass is active, the yearly plan starts at once, and the rest of the pass is not added to it. A pass does not take a founding seat and does not give you the founding rate.
The pass is sold through Link, a Stripe service, as the merchant of record. In EUR, CHF, and GBP the price includes tax. In USD the price does not include tax, and Stripe adds any tax that applies at checkout.
Pro starts as soon as you pay. We do not refund a pass. Our Refund Policy has the details.
Founding rate
The first 500 members pay the founding rate. The founding rate stays the same on every yearly renewal for as long as your membership stays active without a break. If you cancel and join again, the price at that time applies. We do not raise the founding rate during your membership. Members who join after the first 500 pay the later price shown at checkout.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or resell the service. Automated tools may read prices only through our AI assistant connection at weekendflights.app/mcp.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by Swiss law (Art. 100 OR), our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not exclude liability for gross negligence or intent.
Termination
You may cancel the yearly plan at any time. We may suspend or end Pro if you materially break these terms. If we end Pro for any other reason, you get a refund for the unused part of the year or the pass that you paid for. Refund rules are in our Refund Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law; place of jurisdiction is Zurich. EU and UK consumers retain the protection of mandatory rules of their country of habitual residence under Rome I Art. 6.
Changes
We will notify subscribers by email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect.
